I applaud SpaceX for this. It is bad enough that we are currently solely dependent on the Russians for transport to the ISS.

Wow we were or are having a foreign government put are Highly secretive & top-secret satellite in to space. Is that wise?

No, it’s just that “United Launch Alliance (ULA), a joint-venture between aeronautics industry leaders Boeing and Lockheed-Martin” use Russian made R-80 engines in the American made and launched Atlas V. It’s about no-bid contracts and whether or not US$ should be spent at home on 100% US-made SpaceX boosters vs sent to Russia for Atlas V main engines,
