Driving in Russia

I just got this in an email. I spent the better part of the ’90s working off and on in Siberia. Today Russian drivers mostly have dashboard videos. This is from the site vk.com/dashboard Auto Video. The title, Второй день рождения, translates as “Last Christmas”.

I really like the background music.

  1. It is amazing what a human can walk away from. Because our bones are protected by several layers of muscle flesh. By the way doesn’t Russia have traffic lights?

    1. Watch it again @ 1:39 – 1:40 … The dog is OK. It was a big truck. Dog went between front wheels a truck stopped. Dog emerges from left side. Appears to be OK.

  2. Reblogged this on Contrafactual and commented:

With the current weather in the North East of the U.S., I though it might be interesting for my new followers to see what ‘real’ driving is like.
