I have decided to take Maggie’s advice.
First I went through and turned off email notifications.
Then I went though and bulk deleted all the emails associated with Blogs I Follow.
Next I need to focus on “you know what” …

The only email notifications I get are when someone follows my blog or comments on it…I see the ‘Likes’ when I’m online.
